Caribbean Resorts and Villas is a wholesale villa rental company and has no control over the equipment, facilities, operations, agents or employees of the owner of the accommodation and shall not be liable for any claim, loss, damage, cost of expense of any person occupying or visiting the accommodation, or their personal representatives, executors, administrators, successors or assignee arising out of (a) personal injuries, accident or death; (b) property loss or damages; (c) loss or changed itinerary resulting from any acts or omission of the owner of the accommodation, his employees or agents, or any other party not under the direct employ of Caribbean Resorts and Villas, Inc., or from any act of God, war, strikes, government or any other event or cause beyond its control. Each guest shall and hereby does indemnify Caribbean Resorts and Villas, Inc., its subagents and representatives and hold them harmless from and against any claim, loss, or damage, cost or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) to persons or property, however caused, which occurs on or about the accommodation, or in connection with travel thereto or there from.

It is recommended that each guest obtain insurance for the protection of persons and property and for personal liability, while traveling to and from and occupying the accommodation.

Clients who exceed two hours of our time in effort to reserve a villa rental and/or hotel room(s), will be billed at a rate of $50 per hour for our time. Clients who secure and confirm a villa rental and/or hotel room(s) with Caribbean Resorts & Villas will not be billed for our time. We work very hard to satisfy our customers, and greatly appreciate your consideration of our time. Unpaid bills are sent to collections, post 30 days.
